5. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate (e.g., email delivery, hosting, scheduling tools, CRM software). These providers are contractually limited to using your information solely to provide their services to us.
- Advertising platforms: when running campaigns on your behalf, we may upload first-party Client audience data (e.g., your customer email list) to platforms like Meta or Google with the Client's authorization. This is a service performed for our Clients, not a sharing of website-visitor data.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies for basic functionality. We may use first-party analytics (such as Plausible or self-hosted analytics) to understand site traffic in aggregate. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Inquiry data from contact form submissions is retained for up to 24 months unless an active engagement extends that period.
