The challenge

The owners were investing heavily in build-out and equipment with no demand pipeline waiting on the other side. Without pre-launch interest, they risked opening with an empty calendar — the worst possible start for a service business with high fixed costs.

Our approach

We built a pre-launch funnel: short-form social content showing the build-out and the team, a Meta Ads waitlist offer with a small grand-opening discount, and a lead pre-qualifier that filtered for people genuinely planning to book a treatment. We kept the ads running for the full pre-open window, refreshing creative weekly.

Notes

Pre-launch marketing is something most service businesses skip — and then regret. This client treated their soft-open window as the most important sales month of the year, and it paid off.
