The challenge

The contractor had a strong reputation locally but no consistent way to generate new leads outside of word of mouth. They'd tried boosting Facebook posts and running through generic lead-gen agencies before — neither produced anything they could measure.

Our approach

We rebuilt the Meta Ads account around a single qualified-lead objective. Our video team produced before/after process content and short testimonial cuts in the first two weeks. Every lead was tagged so the team could see which ad and which audience produced it, all the way to a closed job.

Notes

This is one of the cases we’re proudest of — proof that even a service business with zero ad-spend history can produce a meaningful return inside a single billing cycle when the offer, creative, and targeting are dialed in together.
