The challenge

The shop was busy with regulars but had no system for new-customer acquisition. The owner was spending money on print and radio with no way to measure what was working — and the work that was coming in wasn't from those channels anyway.

Our approach

Hyper-local Meta Ads targeting the surrounding zip codes. Our video team built a backlog of short-form content — tire deals, install footage, customer testimonials — that ran on rotation. We layered in a click-to-call lead form so customers could request a quote in seconds, and we tracked every appointment back to the ad that produced it.
