Our approach
Highly-targeted Meta Ads campaigns aimed at active real estate investors, paired with educational video content explaining the lender's terms, speed, and ideal borrower profile. We pre-qualified borrowers through the form so the lending team only spoke to qualified deals.
Notes
Lending is a credibility business. The right ads paired with the right creative do half the qualifying work before the borrower ever fills out the form.
