The challenge

The client wanted bigger-ticket projects, not just small jobs. Their previous lead-gen sources were producing tons of low-budget repair inquiries that wasted estimator time.

Our approach

We built a Meta Ads campaign specifically targeting homeowners in higher-value zip codes with creative focused on full-renovation work — kitchens, baths, additions. Our pre-qualifying lead form filtered out small-job inquiries before they hit the team.

Notes

Filtering for the right leads is more valuable than maximizing volume — especially in industries where one closed deal can pay for an entire year of ad spend.
